Click the Home button. It's on the top right of your screen next to the buttons labelled Forum and Wiki. Then enter you username and password and click Play

Altenatively, put www.quarantine2019.com into your browser. Then enter your username and password and click Play

I just want to know who the contrarian was who voted for "how do i get to the game", when the will of the people is obviously for "how do i get to the game".
