The Mayor has a dirty secret...

In order to bolster his falling numbers in the polls The Mayor and his advisers decided drastic measures were needed to increase his constituency. With too few undecided eligible voters and even more joining the ranks of the Opportunistic Opposition Candidate the only viable method to secure the upcoming election was to reinstate voters listed as "deceased".

The Mayor set his scientists to the task of reanimating the corpses of these former voters and his legal team began proceedings to amend the town charter to give legal voter status to those labeled "undead".

The subjects of these experiments were successfully reanimated then subjected to hours of The Mayor's political advertisements and trained to operate Diebold voting machines. As a result of the training, these Zeds, spun as "refreshed citizens" by The Mayor's campaign team, became fiercely and mindlessly loyal to The Mayor. So much so that when The Mayor appeared to be losing a televised debate with the OOC these "refreshed citizens" became enraged and broke out into a frenzy of destruction, biting and infecting the living.

---

If you're green enough, and want to ruthlessly endorse The Mayor by tearing the flesh from his opponents then this is the group for you. PM me or GRAAAAAAHHHHH! me ingame if you want to join.

I love that this is still going...

Government is a mass delusion. The only proof that it exists is that a number of people agree that it does, and are willing to perform acts they blame on it. The same is true of Santa Claus, except that I have never met the government.

How could it end?  Now that I, The Mayor, have the lock on the refreshed vote, I'm in like Flynn!

And why should we vote for you?

Will you give us more harmanz to eat?

Will you get the vile drug Antidote, that has corrupted our youth, off of our streets?

Can you guarantee that city will become DDA complient and use doors easily accesible to us zambahz, instead of just the favoured Pinks?

What about skills training for our people, allowing them to explore fairly in today's competive Climbing-based infrastructure?

Where is the Mayor when a zambah gets beaten for the colour of his name? In his mansion, with his Pink friends! Talking on his fancy portable radio and repairing his Pink doors!

A vote for the Mayor is vote for continuing Pink domination! And do we think the OOC will be any better? Ha!

We need a Green Voice for our people and that is why I, Whey, am throwing my slightly sticky-rimmed hat into the ring.

I promise more Om nom noms! I promise a harman on every table! I see a city where the bright lights don't keep us awake, where the humming engines are silenced and only the gentle, lulling sound of sobbing breaks the clear night air. Where a zombie can take a peaceful sleep outside and not have his head turned to jelly by Pink thugs.

Vote Whey for a Greener tomorrow! A GRAAAAAAAAAA! tomorrow!

*stirring musical groaning sounds fill the air*

I'm still voting for Ezra. He had a better first impression, considering how I met you, Whey. Wink

Look at the polls: OOC is giving everyone the middle finger.
Or I'm just tired.

I have never met this woman in my life! This is blatant smearing by my opponent. I shall not rise to his bait and will continue to fight this campaign on the issues!

If I am elected, however, I shall release all the saucy details.

If I hadn't already voted for OOC this may possibly have swung my vote

The Green party is the greener party! All our methods are 100% natural. Infection is transmitted by enviromentally-friendly methods. Decomposition releases natural nutrients back into the local eco-system. Even our food is all wholesome and free-range. Can anyone really pretend it's coincidence that green is the colour of renewal and life?

As a great muppet once sang: It's not easy being Green. But we will prevail!

I question the legality of Whey's candidacy!  I have in my possession incontrovertible proof of his residency in the city of Malton!  He isn't even a member of the Betaville chapter of the Rotary Club!
